This privacy notice tells you about the information we collect when you register to our newsletter. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?

When you submit the registration form to sign up for our newsletter, we ask you for the following information: Your name and email.

WHY DO WE COLLECT THIS INFORMATION?

We use the information to provide you with updates and news about the Cacao of Excellence Programme. We will have a database of people and organizations/affiliations in the cocoa community to contact regarding related matters and information. We ask for your consent to do this, and we will only send you our information as long as you continue to consent. 

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

Your information is stored on our website database which is hosted in Europe.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

Your information is kept for as long as you continue to consent.

By law, you can ask what information we hold about you and to correct it if it is inaccurate. If we asked for your consent to process your personal data, you may withdraw that consent at any time.  You can request to have your information updated or removed by submitting a request regarding your personal data by email or post using the contact information provided above in the Contacts section of this website.
