Listener Guidelines

If you would like to listen to the event in Spanish or French, follow these steps.

OPTION 1: LISTEN FROM YOUR MOBILE DEVICE (listen to the interpretation on your phone while watching the video meeting through your computer)

1. Download the Interactio app from the Apple Store or Google Play store onto your mobile device.
    
2. Open the App and enter the meeting code below, based on whether you are watching on Cacao of Excellence Facebook or Youtube channels.
   • Facebook: COEXfacebook
   • Youtube: COEXyoutube
      
3. Select the language channel (options are English, French or Spanish).
    
4. Plugin your headphones and enjoy the ceremony!

OPTION 2: LISTEN FROM YOUR LAPTOP

You can listen in French, English or Spanish via the Interactio web app from your laptop Google Chrome Incognito browser at https://meeting.interactio.com/listen

• *If you want to listen to the interpretation on the same device as the video meeting, you will need to mute the video meeting and only listen through the Interactio web app at https://meeting.interactio.com/listen or via this link:
