Are you an experienced cacao, bean-to-bar chocolate professional keen on learning about the cacao processing standards and protocols we abide by AND wanting to gain exposure to the incredible DIVERSITY of beans we receive from around the world? Do you want to strengthen your knowledge of cacao bean analysis and processing using stringent science-based approaches?
